Kevin Marquet - Executive Chef

With us since our opening, our Chef, Kevin Marquet, brings his diverse experience and passion for food to our kitchen.

Masterfully creating our renowned Spanish tapas, Kevin focuses on using authentic ingredients from Spain to bring you both traditional menu items as well as amazing new dishes - each full of intense flavors and a rich variety of textures.

Kevin has worked at a wide range of establishments including the Country Clubs at both Glenmoor and Castle Pines. Kevin also worked as Sous Chef at MODA. He opened and developed a gourmet breakfast and lunch menu at Mona's as Executive Chef before joining us at The 9th Door.
