Course III:
Chuletitas de Cordero Lollipop lamb chops with grilled asparagus and mojo verde paired with Chilensis Carmenere (Colchagua Valley, Chile)

Salmon a la Plancha Pan-seared Atlantic salmon, sautéed spinach, with creamy fennel, sherry sauce paired with Vega Sindoa Chardonnay (Navarra, Spain)

Fileta con Cabrales Beef filet with Cabrales blue cheese sauce, spiced potatoes, and sautéed mushrooms paired with Volver Tempranillo (La Mancha, Spain)

Course IV:
Chocolava Warm chocolate cake with a Grenache center, with crème anglaise

Flan de Limon Lemon and rosemary flan with caramel sauce

Higos Rellenos Almond stuffed figs, covered in chocolate with candied orange zest

Paired with Ramos Pintos Reserva port

The 9th Door is once again participating in Denver Restaurant Week and will offer a multi-course dinner for the fixed price of $52.80 for two or $26.40 for one (not including tax and gratuity). Reservations are highly recommended.

First Course Choose one tapa:
* Salmon con Esparragos - Grilled asparagus, wrapped with smoked salmon, drizzled with garlic aioli
* Quesos Mixtos - Assorted Spanish cheese
* Pimientos del Piquillo Rellenos - Fire roasted piquillo peppers stuffed with goat cheese and rosemary
* Callo de Hacha - Seared, chilled sea scallops, crispy Serrano ham, fried arugula
* Ensalda de Espinacas - Spinach, caramelized onions, crispy Serrano ham, egg, blue cheese vinaigrette


Choose one tapa: Second Course
* Croquette de Hongos - Risotto and mushroom croquette with truffle oill and mushroom sauce
* Albondigas de Cordero - Lamb meatballs with almond, sherry, mint sauce
* Gambas al Ajillo - Marinated, grilled shrimp with garlic and piqin pepper
* Chorizo al Vino - Spicy Spanish sausage in Rioja wine sauce
