Spain's greatest culinary tradition is in the midst of a Renaissance...
Tapas - which originated in Spain - tease the taste buds of anyone in search of a snack to accompany a glass of wine or a cocktail. The 9th Door offers a selection of both the old tapas favorites along with new-style tapas that are oozing with intense flavors and a rich variety of textures.
Spanish tapas integrate Arab flavors from the Moors and cooking techniques learned from the Romans, with Greek, Jewish and Asian influences. When eating Spanish tapas, you visit much of the world through culinary history and technique. Our wide array of diverse tapas will leave even a discriminating connoisseur pleasantly astonished.

In addition to our regular menu, our Daily Specials Chalkboard features new style tapas that combine global culinary techniques, ingredients, textures and aromas.
